Question: What is the name & date of your event?

Answer: A Toast to Home: Fundraiser for PATH Santa Barbara will be on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

Q: What is the mission, goal, and/or theme of this occasion?

A: A Toast to Home will feature outstanding Sunstone wines, delectable regional fare, and an inspirational program about PATH’s lifesaving work.

Don’t miss out on an unforgettable evening of great wine, food, all to support PATH’s work to end homelessness in Santa Barbara.

By attending this event, you’ll help PATH provide more resources to those who need a safe and stable place to call home. Your support will help fund housing services, street outreach, mental health services, and much more.

Q: Have you held this event before?

A: Yes, we held our inaugural A Toast to Home event last June at Sunstone Winery and we are so excited to be back this year!

Q: Tell us some more details about your celebration?

A: A Toast to Home on Saturday, June 3, 2023 will raise vital funds to end homelessness in Santa Barbara.

Come and enjoy an evening of local wine, dinner, and music in the vineyard in support of PATH’s work to end homelessness in Santa Barbara. A Toast to Home will take place at the stunning Sunstone Winery at 125 N. Refugio Road in Santa Ynez. Vineyard party attire is encouraged.

In Santa Barbara, PATH provides a variety of services for our neighbors experiencing homelessness that includes employment, outreach, housing navigation, interim housing, and rapid rehousing.

General Admission tickets are $150 and include wine tasting, music, and dinner. VIP tickets start at $300 and include a special VIP reception at 4:00 pm and transportation. Additional VIP grape stomping tickets are available as well.

Q: How do people get involved with your event? (volunteer, attend, etc.) – If your event includes ticket sales, please note the price and include a link to purchase tickets.

A: There are several ways to get involved with our A Toast to Home event on June 3rd. If you would like to attend the event, tickets are available online for $150 per person.

Q: Is this a fundraising affair? If so, how will the funds raised help your organization?

A: Yes, A Toast to Home is a fundraising event, and all funds raised will support PATH Santa Barbara’s mission to end homelessness for individuals and families.

Gifts to PATH provide homelessness prevention services, interim housing, permanent housing placement, employment and Veteran’s services, mental and primary healthcare, and more.

Q: Who is sponsoring your event, and why is their support important?

A: Support from our sponsors is critical in helping us achieve our fundraising goals and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those experiencing homelessness. These partnerships with our organization demonstrate dedication to making a positive impact in our community, and we are proud to work with each of them toward our shared goal of ending homelessness.

Our generous sponsors include: Sunstone Winery, Cottage Health, State Farm – Agent Nancy Fiore, SBCC Foundation, & Meg and Daniel Burnham.

Q: Do you work with an Event Planner? If not, who are the key people who make it all happen?

A: We have an internal events team that manages all of PATH’s events statewide.

Q: Does your organization have any other upcoming events this year?

A: A Toast to Home is our signature annual event in Santa Barbara. As a statewide organization, we have many other planned events that will take place in our other regions.

Q: What are you planning as a post-event follow up?

A: After the event, we will reach out to donors, sponsors and attendees to show our appreciation and to keep them engaged in what is going on with PATH.
