A Lompoc woman has been identified as the person found dead off Harris Grade Road north of Lompoc earlier this week.

The body of Jazmine Diane Montague, 32, was found Tuesday, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau. 

Deputies were dispatched at about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday to the 4700 block of Harris Grade Road on a report of a possible deceased person. 

Montague’s body was found off the side of the road.

Detectives have labeled her death as suspicious, but have released no information about the cause of death or circumstances surrounding how she ended up there.
