In the world of music photography, Diltz occupied the upper strata of legendary photographers. His images of popular musicians of the ’60s and ’70s defined the musical landscape of that time.

Diltz’s lens captured iconic magical times that the most famous album covers and musical artists ever documented, featuring the The Doors, Eagles, Crosby Stills and Nash, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Jackson Browne, and Woodstock.

Milgrim began in retail at Discount Records in Isla Vista in 1969. He moved on to Warner/Elektra/Atlantic – San Francisco; Warner Bros/Reprise Records – Burbank; Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch – New York; Capitol Records – Hollywood; and back to Santa Barbara.

Hale has served on the boards of Earth Communications Offices (E.C.O.), The Santa Barbara Bowl, co-producer of the Sings Like Hell series, and hosted the Go To Hale radio program on KTYD.

Diltz and Milgrim will close the evening with a Q&A featuring two friends sharing personal stories and their love of music and photography.

There will also be a meet-and-greet pre-show reception and Diltz will be selling and signing photos in front of the theater after the show. A portion of the money from this tour will go to victims of the devastating California fires.
