Dos Pueblos boys beach volleyball rolled to a 3-0 sweep of Santa Ynez in a non-league matchup on Wednesday in Goleta.
The top pairing of Ben Wojogbe and Evan Daugherty secured a win for the Chargers at the No. 1 court.
“Ben and Evan fought hard in the third set to overcome a talented Santa Ynez team,” Dos Pueblos head coach Nate Holmes said. “They were able to adapt well and implement strategy adjustments throughout the match, which helped them come out on top.”
Meanwhile, Enzo DeMatteo and Luca Shields came together to earn a victory at the No. 2 matchup.
The duo of Keenan Bower and Cyrus Jay rounded out the day for Dos Pueblos with a strong win at the threes.
The Chargers are now 4-1 overall and hold a 2-1 record in Channel League action.
