Lights Up! has a few spots left for its Winter Conservatory Workshop: Improv and Singing; Sign up by Friday, Jan. 9 to reserve a space in the class. No audition is required

The Conservatory Program allows participants to experience the theater group’s methodology, make new friends, and have fun, without the pressure of performance or commitment to company membership, Lights Up! said.

“In this combination Improv & Singing class, students in sixth-, seventh-, and eighth- grades will gain new skills in a collaborative, joy-centered environment,” Lights Up! said.

The workshop culminates in a mini-cabaret performance for family and friends.

Classes are 4:30-6 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 12-Feb. 18. Tuition is $600 for 12 sessions. Sign up here.
