Santa Barbara High boys volleyball fell in sweeping fashion at the hands of Camarillo on Wednesday in Camarillo, 22-25, 22-25, 19-25.
“I give Camarillo a lot of credit. They outcoached us and they outplayed us tonight,” Santa Barbara High head coach Chad Arneson said. “Unfortunately, we missed too many serves tonight with 12 service errors in crucial parts of the game.
“We definitely need to go back to the drawing board and work on our passing and serving as a group.”
Hayes Costner put up 14 kills for the Dons, while Jasper Bell chipped in eight of his own and Maddox Denver ended the night with 33 assists.
Santa Barbara High (2-2) will take on Buena on the road on Thursday.
