Noon Concerts at Trinity will present Eight Is Enough – One Century of Wind Music 1917-2025, 12:15-12:45 p.m. Friday, March 20, featuring music by Michael Davis, Melissa Manchester and Igor Stravinsky.

Doors open at 11:45 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1500 State St. Santa Barbara

Three Stravinsky miniatures played without pause will open the program; followed by a short, spunky jazz duet for two trombones titled “Trombone Institute of Technology,” courtesy of the late Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts.

The second serve/performance of Manchester’s trio for flute, clarinet and bassoon is titled “The Suite By and By, and By.”

The program concludes with the Stravinsky Octet, the instrumental combination originating from his dream.
