San Marcos baseball capped off the Atascadero Tournament with an extra-inning 2-1 loss to Pacifica Christian on Friday.

After Pacifica Christian struck early, the Royals tied the game at 1-1 on an RBI single off the bat of Levi Monson.

The two sides then exchanged empty frames until Pacifica Christian plated a run in the ninth to pull out the win.

Mason Crang dominated on the hill for San Marcos, allowing one run on three hits in seven innings of work. Isaac Corvera pitched in relief.

Offensively, Patrick Foster turned in a multi-hit performance for the Royals.

San Marcos will resume Channel League play by hosting Oxnard on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
