Laguna Blanca boys volleyball suffered a sweep at the hands of Foothill Tech on Monday, 23-25, 26-28, 14-25.
“We played our best volleyball of the season so far and battled throughout the entire match,” Laguna Blanca assistant coach Tanner Stevens said. “We competed at a high level and are showing lots of improvement across the roster.”
Soren Alldredge had a strong night on the offensive end for the Owls, collecting 20 kills while hitting .311.
Meanwhile, Jamie Levinson scooped up seven digs and Baylor Wilson was effective from the service line.
Girls Beach Volleyball
The Laguna Blanca girls beach volleyball team fell by a score of 4-1 to St. Bonaventure on a windy Monday afternoon.
Lauren Kenny and Maritt Blabey was the lone Owls’ duo to earn a win, coming from behind for a 15-12 win in the third set.
