Santa Barbara High boys golf cruised to a Channel League win over Oxnard High on Monday at Santa Barbara Golf Club.
The Dons tallied a team score of 401 to beat out the Yellow Jackets at 462 on the par-70 course.
Santa Barbara High’s Alex Ortega shot a match-best 75 to earn his 10th medalist honor of the season in the team’s 12th match.
Ortega was followed by teammates Dimitri Tar (80), Peyton Webley (81), Owen Quirk (82), Jack Alzina (83) and Evryn Kneafsey (83).
The Dons (11-1, 4-0 Channel League) will take on crosstown rival San Marcos on Thursday at Sandpiper Golf Course.
