Santa Barbara High boys lacrosse rolled to a 17-2 rout of Thacher in a Channel League matchup on Saturday in Ojai.

The Dons (11-2, 6-1 Channel League) will host their crosstown rival, San Marcos. If Santa Barbara wins, it will clinch a share of the Channel League title with Dos Pueblos.

Santa Barbara was in full control early, as Vonn Forrest and Flynn Chenoweth each scored twice in the opening quarter to build up a lead.

The dominance continued into the second quarter when Adam Stern completed a first-half hat trick and Caden Chessmar scored two goals of his own.

Mason Bosma shined in the second half for the Dons with three goals, two assists and eight ground balls to help his team pull away for the win.
