Dos Pueblos track & field’s Phil Contakes and San Marcos swim’s Sophia Hall put together strong showings for their teams last week en route to Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Athlete of the Week honors.

The pairing was honored at Monday’s SBART Press Luncheon at Harry’s Plaza Cafe.
Contakes helped lead the Charger boys team to a co-Santa Barbara County Championship over the weekend with several strong performances.
