Our After-School Self defense Program provides a fun, structured environment where students build confidence, character, and real-world safety skills. Along with age-appropriate self-defense techniques, students learn situational awareness, helping them recognize potential dangers and make smart decisions before problems arise.
Our program emphasizes the core values of Courtesy, Integrity, and Self-Control, encouraging respect for others, personal responsibility, and positive leadership both on and off the mat. We also teach anti-bullying strategies, including how to recognize bullying, respond with confidence, seek help when needed, and stand up for others safely.
Students also learn essential stranger safety skills, such as trusting their instincts, setting boundaries, staying with friends, recognizing unsafe situations, and knowing what to do if approached by someone they don’t know. Our goal is to help every child become more confident, aware, and prepared for everyday life while having fun and staying active.
