The Lompoc Parks & Recreation Division invites community members to attend an upcoming Parks Community Workshop, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21 in the City Council Chamber at Lompoc City Hall, 100 Civic Center Plaza.
The workshop will provide an opportunity for residents to share their ideas and help shape a vision for the future of three local parks.
Comments regarding Riverbend Park, Ryon Park and J.M. Park are welcome. Community members are also invited to share their priorities for these parks.
Feedback from the workshop will be used in supporting future improvements and park amenities, the city said.
Community members of all ages are welcome to attend. Future parks projects guided by the input received at the workshop may be supported in part by grants from Proposition 4.
