Three people were injured Monday evening in a two-vehicle collision on Storke Road in Goleta, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
The crash involving a Porsche coupe and a Honda occurred at about 6:15 p.m. on Storke Road near Santa Felicia Drive.
At least one of the injured reportedly was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by firefighters.
Two patients were taken by AMR ambulance to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of their injuries, fire Capt. Scott Safechuck said.
Their names and details on their condition were not available.
A third sustained minor injuries, but declined transport to the hospital, Safechuck added.
Storke Road was closed down for a time after the crash, which was under investigation by the Santa Barbara County’s Sheriff’s Office.
