The 67th annual Lompoc Flower Festival and Parade, happening June 26-30, will carry the theme Summertime Fun and Friends.

The parade steps out at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at the corner of North H Street and East College Avenue, and proceeds down H Street and Ocean Avenue. Bands, floats, equestrian units, drill teams, and drum squads will entertain the crowd.

All floats, designed and built by local organizations, must be constructed of flowers and/or natural materials, most of which have been grown in the Lompoc Valley. The parade is organized and operated by the Lompoc Valley Festival Association.

The Flower Festival runs June 26-30 at Ryon Park. Highlights include: Paul Maurer rides; arts and crafts and commercial vendors Wednesday-Sunday; and food booths open all five days.

On the main stage, there will be free entertainment with admission. Paid parking is available on-site.

Pre-sale carnival ride tickets ($25 for one-day unlimited, $80 for five-day unlimited) and admission tickets can be purchased until noon June 26 at the Lompoc Festival Office, 414 W.
