Village Properties Realtors co-owners and co-founders Reneé Grubb and Ed Edick hosted a couple of hundred of their closest friends at a Thursday evening garden party at the company’s new office in downtown Santa Barbara. In addition to the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the 1436 State St. location, Village Properties is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
