An AT&T outage for 5G/LTE service was affecting the ability for its customers to call 9-1-1 throughout Santa Barbara County as of Tuesday morning.

Anyone with AT&T service who needs emergency assistance can alternatively:

  • Text 9-1-1.
  • Call 9-1-1 using a different cell phone provider or a landline.
