Community members are encouraged to dust off their cowboy hats and boots, and come dressed in Western attire for the annual Buellton Brew Fest, Saturday, May 3 at River View Park in Buellton.

The event will bring craft beer, live entertainment, and outdoor fun with a country western twist to Santa Barbara County, showcasing some 50 breweries, wineries and spirits. 

Buellton Brew Fest, renowned as one of the best beer festivals on the Central Coast, kicks off the region’s beer festival season.

Attendees will enjoy a variety of beverages from Firestone Walker Brewing Co., Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co., Brick Barn Wine Estate, Anna’s Cider, Honest Abe Cider House & Meadery, and Rock 12 Distillery.

Also on tap will be food trucks, lawn games, and a foot-stomping music lineup from three performers, DJ Peete, a Santa Ynez Valley local; Will Breman, performing his soulful Santa Barbara sound; and Country Nation, a country tribute band from Los Angeles, who will round out the lineup with modern country hits. 
 
In addition to the beverage selection, the festival will feature a VIP early-entry ($65) that includes exclusive tastings, a commemorative glass, and early access to the festival grounds.

General admission ($55), starting at 12:30 p.m., includes a souvenir glass and tastings from any of the 50+ breweries, wineries, spirits and ciders on site.

Attendees can play mega-sized beer pong, ride the new mechanical bull, try their hand at cornhole, and check out the food trucks.

A designated driver ticket ($20) is available for those who want to enjoy the event without consuming alcohol.

For easy transportation to and from the event, the Brew Shuttle bus will be available from Santa Maria, Goleta and Santa Barbara for $25.

Additionally, two shuttle buses will depart from Lompoc: one for general admission guests, and one for VIP guests, priced at $20.

Tickets for the shuttle must be purchased prior to the event; no tickets will be sold at shuttle pickup locations.
