The Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara has achieved a perfect 100% score from Charity Navigator, a trusted and independent evaluator of nonprofit organizations.

Known for its rigorous analysis of nonprofit financial health, accountability, and transparency, Charity Navigator is the largest evaluator of charities in the U.S.

The Cancer Foundation’s Four-Star rating notes its commitment to excellence in cost-effectiveness, accountability, and the overall health of its programs, the organization said. 

In its review, Charity Navigator states; “This charity’s core is 100%, earning it a Four-Star rating. If this organization aligns with your passions and values, you can give with confidence.”

Charity Navigator based its comprehensive review of the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara on multiple scores which are weighted as follows:

– 90% Accountability & Finance
–  10% Leadership & Adaptability
