Answer: We started our business in 1997.

A: We do both.
Q: How far in advance do you recommend clients book with you?
A: We recommend you book with us ASAP!

A: From the initial meeting to the cake cutting, we provide hands-on service to ensure your event is a success. Our proprietor, John Eric Savage, is personally on-site at each event, dedicated to going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

A: The cost depends on the clients preferences. However, we pride ourselves on working within the specified budget.
Q: Do you provide a trial run before the wedding day?
A: We provide a tasting with a menu selection after the contract and deposit have been finalized.
Q: Can you describe a memorable experience you’ve had working in this industry?
A: We provided such a memorable experience for a clients engagement dinner. They wanted us to be a part of their European wedding weekend with all of our staff and chefs. It was an amazing experience!
