Medical librarians from Cottage Health can help find trusted answers. Attend the free Fact or Fiction event, 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Amphitheatre, 400 W. Pueblo St.
Cottage Health medical librarians Brittany Haliani and Heather Stevens will lead a presentation to offer tips on doing online research, followed by a Q&A session.
“There is so much health information available on the Internet. Our event is designed to help the public learn about the most reputable sources,” said Haliani, manager of library services at Cottage Health.
