Community Partners in Caring (CPC) Volunteer Program enables seniors and adults with disabilities in Santa Barbara County and Southern San Luis Obispo County to remain safely in their homes while accessing basic services – providing transportation to doctor appointments, groceries, errands, and friendly visits/calls! By reducing isolation and building meaningful connections, aging at home is not just a wish – but a reality!
