Nicole Renee Neal, born Sept. 6, 1977, passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2026. Her sudden passing has left a deep void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Nicole was born to Michael Neal and Susan Villa. She was lovingly raised by her grandparents Cecilia “Nana” Villa and Pack “Tata” Villa, who adored her and cherished her deeply.

She grew up in a lively household alongside her five sisters Chana, Arlene, Cecelia, Larissa and Brittany. As one of six daughters, Nicole shared a deep and special bond with her sisters.

From a young age, Nicole was known for her energy and her bright, beautiful smile, bringing warmth and joy to everyone around her.

She loved playing dress-up and was the ultimate girly girl, always wanting to look her prettiest and absolutely loving makeup.

She spent countless hours playing with dolls and dollhouses with her sisters. They often laughed about how, whenever they played, Nicole would insist on being the banker, only to sneak extra money for herself adding to the fun and mischief they all shared.

Nicole attended Cleveland Elementary, Santa Barbara Junior High, and Santa Barbara High School. She dedicated much of her life to being a loving and devoted mother, which she considered her greatest role.

She found joy in simple pleasures like shopping, watching her favorite soap operas, Lifetime movies and her favorite “Walker, Texas Ranger,” and most importantly, spending time with her family.

Nicole was married to Victor Garcia, with whom she had four children Paul, Desiree, Victor Jr., and Isaiah. She later welcomed two daughters Mikayla and Bianca.

She is survived by all six of her children; her former husband Victor Garcia; mother Susan Villa; five sisters; four beloved grandchildren Joshua, Sebastian, Aria, and Wren; and her five cherished dogs.

Nicole will be remembered for her vibrant personality. She was funny, playful, loving, and at times wild. She had a kind heart, was always willing to help others, and rarely found herself in a bad mood. Her warmth and positivity made her the light of every family gathering.

She was known for always being there for her family, kind, strong and resilient. A true fighter, she never let life’s challenges define her.

Though she could be stubborn at times, she faced everything with determination and strength. To her children, she was always busy caring for them, making sure they were loved. She was truly the heart of her family.

Her family will be honoring her life with a celebration of life on Thursday, April 2.

Nicole will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Her love will continue to guide all who knew her and serve as a reminder of how beautiful and thoughtful she was, both inside and out.
