Ron Dominic Fendon lived a full and accomplished life as an engineer, businessman, pilot and benefactor.

Above all, he was a devoted husband and stepfather.

A longtime member of the Santa Barbara Airport Commission, Ron also provided helicopter services in support of Search and Rescue efforts.

He served as president of the Montecito Creek Water Company, and as a board member of the Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation (PASF).

Ron is survived by his devoted wife Rosalind Fendon; brother Donald Fendon of Scottsdale, Arizona; sister-in-law Dr. Annabelle Rea of Glendale; stepchildren Thad Fendon of Arroyo Grande, Dr. Marjorie Gies, and Catherine D; and extended family members Ron Yittri, Dr. Maggie Miller, and Dillion Miller of Santa Barbara.

He will be interred at Santa Barbara Cemetery. Services will be private.
