Santa Barbara High boys lacrosse remained atop the Channel League standings with a commanding 19-3 win over rival San Marcos on Thursday at Warkentin Stadium.
The Dons are now 7-1 overall and 3-0 against league opponents heading into a non-league contest on the road against El Dorado on Saturday.
Santa Barbara High dominated from the opening whistle on Thursday, jumping out to a 6-0 lead in the early stages thanks in part to three goals from Flynn Chenoweth.
After San Marcos found the back of the net, the Dons kept it rolling with six more unanswered goals to take a dominant advantage into halftime.
Santa Barbara High rolled to the win from there, with 12 different Dons scoring in the balanced attack.
While Chenoweth registered a hat trick, Parker Mercado, Vonn Forrest and Caden Chessmar all scored twice for Santa Barbara High.
