Santa Barbara High girls volleyball remained undefeated in Channel League play with a sweep of Buena on Wednesday inside J.R. Richards Gym.
The Dons were in complete control from start to finish to improve their league record to 3-0, 25-18, 25-10, 25-15.
“This was a whole-team effort, and all players contributed to the win,” Santa Barbara High head coach Kristin Hempy said. “I thought we served well, had great energy and the setters did a nice job spreading the ball around generously to get lots of our hitters chances to make an impact.”
Blake Saunders continued her strong offensive season with 17 kills, while Jules Horton and Eloise Becker combined for 42 assists. Kira Elliot and Lola Heckman each ended with eight kills for the Dons.
Santa Barbara High will head north to compete in the Hard Driven Tournament this weekend in Clovis. The Dons open against Clovis West on Friday at 2 p.m.
