Housing to be discussed at The 2026 Santa Maria Valley Housing Summit will look at the region’s evolving housing needs, 4:15-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Allan Hancock College’s Boyd Concert Hall.
This summit serves as a critical gathering for community stakeholders to engage in vital conversations regarding the future of local development, according to hosts the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce and Home Builders Association of the Central Coast.
The program features a lineup of experts dedicated to exploring the local real estate market, legislative updates, and innovative housing solutions.
