Vendor applications for the city of Ventura’s 4th of July Street Fair are now open. The annual event, that runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. July 4 in the city’s Downtown District, brings tens of thousands of participants.
Vendor applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. Monday, March 31. Applications must be submitted online via the city’s website. Eligible vendor groups include arts and crafts, nonprofits, and food vendors. Sponsorship opportunities are also available and listed online.
In last year’s post-event survey of participating vendors, one hundred percent of respondents replied they would recommend the event to other vendors.
“The 4th of July Street Fair and Parade is a beloved tradition in Ventura, with about ten thousand attendees,” said Rebecca Ellis, recreation manager.
“Residents look forward to participating in the parade with their decorated bikes, wagons, and colorful outfits. And the event attracts lots of visitors who travel to celebrate with us each year,” Ellis said.
