Renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Brent Moelleken has leased a 999-square-foot medical suite from Arrellaga Land Partners at 601 E. Arrellaga St.
Dan Moll of Hayes Commercial Group represented the lessor, and Jason Jaeger of Radius Commercial represented the lessee.
Moelleken is moving his Santa Barbara office from 1525 State St. He also maintains an office in Beverly Hills.
