Utility management company Sensus Technologies has renewed its lease at 44 Castilian Drive in Goleta.
Sensus, based in Raleigh, N.C., has 9,000 square feet of office space in the high-tech corridor along Castilian Drive.
Hayes Commercial Group partners Michael Martz and Francois DeJohn represented Sensus in the transaction, while Greg Bartholomew of Hayes represented the lessor, Castilian Associates.
