Jed Beebe is the apparent winner in a runoff election against John Mackinnon for Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Office No. 5.

With 99.7 percent of the precincts reporting, Beebe took 51.5 percent of the votes vs. Mackinnon’s 48 percent.
