A three-vehicle collision on Highway 101 in the construction zone in Montecito Tuesday afternoon forced traffic to a crawl on the highway between Las Positas and Olive Mill roads.

Emergency crews first converged on the highway near Olive Mill Road shortly before 4 p.m. for a report of the collision in the two-lane area.

All people involved sustained minor injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.

One person was transported to the hospital, per emergency radio traffic.
