Four people were seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a collision on Highway 1 in Orcutt, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Firefighters and other emergency personnel were dispatched shortly after 5 p.m. to the crash on Highway 1 west of Clark Avenue, fire Capt. Scott Safechuck said.
He said two women in one car and a woman and a female juvenile in a second car suffered moderate injuries in the collision.
Two American Medical Response ambulances transported the patients to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria.
Their identities and details on their conditions were not available.
The crash was under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
