The Foresters completed a perfect four-game homestand with a 7-3 win over the Inland Valley Bucs in a non-league game on Sunday at Pershing Park.

Five Santa Barbara pitchers allowed just three hits and five players had RBIs in the team’s seventh straight victory.

Samuel Garewal pitched the first three innings and gave up two unearned runs. Zack Erdman, Mason Koch, Sean Youngerma, and Blake Pivaroff combined to allow one run on two hits.

Eamonn Lance and Jalin Flores paced the offense. Lance had an RBI double and single, while Flores hit two RBI singles. Greg Pace, PK Walsh and Gianni Horvat also drove in runs.

The Foresters scored five runs in the sixth inning to overcome a 3-2 deficit.

The Foresters (6-3 in the California Collegiate League) return to league action this week against the first-place OC Riptide (9-3). The teams play in Orange County on Tuesday and are at Pershing Park on Thursday.
