Emily Harrington, a native of Santa Barbara, has joined the law firm of Price, Postel & Parma LLP (PP&P) as an associate attorney, the firm has announced. Harrington’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, employment law, and public agency representation.
