A project to resurface State Route 192 in both directions from Cold Springs Road to 0.9 miles west of Nidever Road will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 7. Travelers will encounter one-way reversing traffic control 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays.
The resurfacing project will be focused the week starting Sept. 7 on State Route 192 between Cold Springs and East Valley/Camino Viejo roads. Travelers can expect delays of up to five minutes. Message and directional signs will be in place, and travelers are asked to give themselves extra time during their commute.
Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by the end of October. Contractor for the $1.78 million project is Toro Enterprises Inc. of Oxnard.
