A unique culinary fusion is coming to Santa Barbara this spring as Taco Tour Santa Barbara (TTSB) announces its partnership with several local taquerias to introduce the first Taco Burger Tour during Santa Barbara’s Burger Week, March 14-20.
The event will feature signature taco-inspired burgers crafted by local taquerias.
The collaboration is a celebration of Santa Barbara’s diverse food scene and culinary traditions. It seeks to offer locals and visitors a dining experience that blends the flavors of Mexico with the American classic, the burger.
“Our goal is to showcase the unique flavors and traditions of Santa Barbara’s vibrant food scene,” said TTSB founder, Georgiene Rotman. “By teaming up with local taquerias to create taco burgers, we hope to bring people together through food and celebrate the cultural diversity that makes our city so special.”
Participating taquerias include Beast Taqueria, Casa Comal, and Yona Redz. Each taqueria will offer a signature taco burger that reflects their culinary style and heritage.
