Montecito Law Group has added Ruben Lopez to its estate planning team. Lopez has some 25 years of experience in law, finance, and real estate, and has a passion for helping families secure their legacies.

Lopez earned his B.A. from the UC Santa Barbara, and his MBA from Arizona State University.

His career spans years in financial consulting, followed by his role as an attorney with the Santa Barbara County Counsel’s Office, where he advised on property tax matters and civil litigation.

Lopez is active in the community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and serving as treasurer of the Santa Barbara Barristers.
