Low-interest federal disaster loans are now available to small businesses and private nonprofit (PNP) organizations in California that sustained economic losses caused by the storms that occurred Dec. 16-26, 2025, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced.
The loans are for working capital needs caused by the disaster and are available even if the business did not suffer any physical damage.
To apply online, visit sba.gov/disaster. Application filing deadline with the SBA is Nov. 6.
