Lobero LIVE and Terry Hill present Milt Larsen’s It’s Magic! for two shows, 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11 at the Lobero Theatre.
It’s Magic! the country’s longest running magic and variety review is celebrating its 70th anniversary with an all new revue showcasing award-winning magicians.
“It’s Magic! brings to the stage the finest stars of magic, comedy, sleight of hand, and stage illusions,” Lobero LIVE said.
The show features a lineup of guest stars from Hollywood’s famous Magic Castle, as well as showrooms around the world, that changes each season.
Among the performers are David Zirbell & Co, Christopher Hart, Ron Saylor & Co, Ice McDonald, and Tina Lenert.
“Towering at 7 feet one inch in height, Zirbel is without a doubt taking magic to new levels,” organizers said.
His performances combine comedy, theater, dance, mystery, and classic Illusion, with colorful props and costumes, and live animals.
Award-winning magician Hart is best known as the expressive “Thing” in The Addams Family films. Hart brings his extraordinary sleight of hand — and full-body magic — to the stage.
A two-time Hollywood Magic Castle Stage Magician of the Year, Hart has also been honored by Siegfried & Roy and Princess Stephanie of Monaco.
Gold Medal Award-winning magician Saylor’s act brings illusions, music, and audience participation.
A veteran of Las Vegas stages and Hollywood’s Magic Castle, Saylor has performed for the Emmy Awards, the National Football Championships, and royalty.
Internationally acclaimed master magician Kenrick “Ice” McDonald, “The Magical Phenomenon,” offers “spectacular illusions and show-stopping performances,” according to Lobero LIVE.
A member of the Society of American Magicians’ National Magic Hall of Fame, McDonald has appeared on “Masters of Illusion,” “The Tonight Show,” “The Daily Show” and NPR and more.
Lenert’s Maid in Heaven routine blends mime, magic, and silent comedy into a whimsical story of a frumpy cleaning lady who discovers a little magic, and a lot of happiness.
A Magic Castle Stage Magician of the Year, Lenert has performed for audiences from the London Palladium to Monte Carlo and on television around the world.
