Lompoc seniors ages 50 and up are invited to put on their dancing shoes and join other community members for a special Senior Prom, 5-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26 at Dick DeWees Community & Senior Center, 1120 W. Ocean Ave., Lompoc.

The free community event, hosted by Lompoc Parks & Recreation, will offer music, dancing and socializing. Music will be provided by a live DJ, and refreshments will be served throughout the evening.

Seniors are encouraged to come dressed for the occasion.
