Property Manager
Nonprofit organization seeks an experienced person to supervise the operation of affordable rental properties, and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure well-managed, well-maintained properties; ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws; maintain acceptable occupancy level and develop a supportive environment for all residents; manage onsite staff and their duties, interact with and supervise vendors and work with the Executive Director and/or a Board of Directors.Must relate well to people, exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, visitors, vendors and staff; required to provide leadership in developing a community and in directing staff.
