Abstract Art Collective will hold the Surviving to Thriving Art Sale Fundraiser, a month-long exhibit to benefit the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation (TBCF).

An opening reception will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, May 2 at Voice Gallery, in La Cumbre Plaza,121 S. Hope Ave., Santa Barbara. The fund-raising goal is that 25% of all art sales during the month-long event will be donated to TBCF.

Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that advocates for families battling childhood cancer along the Central Coast. For the past two decades, TBCF has provided families with financial, educational, and emotional support.

Surviving to Thriving will showcase artworks — from paintings and sculptures to digital art and photography — created by the Abstract Art Collective (AAC), a group of Santa Barbara artists dedicated to creating abstract painting and sculpture.
