Alfred J. Alvarez of Carpinteria died Oct. 3, 2014. He was 53.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Welch-Ryce-Haider Funeral Chapels, 15 E. Sola St. in downtown Santa Barbara, with a Rosary service to follow at 7 p.m. A funeral Mass is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 21 E. Sola St. Interment at Carpinteria Cemetery, 1501 Cravens Lane.
Arrangements are by Welch-Ryce-Haider Funeral Chapels.
