Applications are available for this year’s Lompoc Valley Children’s Christmas Season Parade themed A Hometown Christmas, which will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.

Individuals, groups or businesses interested in participating in the 2025 parade are required to complete an application and submit it to the Anderson Recreation Center, 125 W. Walnut Ave., by Monday, Nov. 17.

The approximately hour-long parade will assemble at 4:30 p.m. with check-in at the Union Bank Parking lot at corner of Pine Avenue and “H” Street. The march will head south on “H” Street, turn west on Ocean Avenue, then south to “I” Street.

After the parade, participants and spectators are invited to gather at Centennial Park, at corner of Cypress and H streets, for the announcement of parade winners, lighting of the community Christmas Tree, and a chance to visit with Santa.
