Each week the Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Round Table recognizes athletes of the week for area high schools.

Week Ending Sept. 21

  • Andre Brisco, Cabrillo High School football — Brisco ran for 235 yards and four touchdowns in Cabrillo’s 62-7 blowout of Taft.
  • Emalie Galaites, Orcutt Academy girls golf: Galaites was the medalist with a 44 over nine holes in Orcutt Academy’s win over Santa Maria.
