Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast is hosting its 27th Annual Ag For Youth Golf Tournament, presented by Boys & Girls Clubs of the Central Coast Foundation and Driscoll’s, on July 31 to raise funds for local youth programs.

The tournament will take place at the Santa Maria Country Club with a shotgun start time of noon.

The tournament invites dozens of foursomes to hit the links to benefit the 10 clubs and thousands of local children that Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast serves.

Golfers will receive lunch once they arrive at the course, as well as on-course beverages and snacks, a swag bag with a few sponsored gifts, two mulligans per foursome and post-tournament happy hour refreshments.

Foursomes will also enjoy several games and activities held throughout the course, including Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Seven-Iron Sprout Swing and so much more.

Another of the event’s fundraising highlights is the annual Pebble Beach raffle, where supporters can buy tickets in hopes of winning a golfer’s getaway to Pebble Beach.

The grand prize includes foursomes with carts to play at Spyglass Hill Golf Course, The Links at Spanish Bay and Pebble Beach Golf Links, plus two rooms for two nights at The Inn at Spanish Bay.

Only 200 tickets are available, and will be sold until an hour before the raffle or once sold out. The winning ticket will be chosen at the tournament, but the winner need not be present to win.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast will host another golf tournament at Hunter Ranch Golf Course in Paso Robles on Friday, Oct. 2.
