A Lompoc woman has been named as the person killed in a Highway 101 crash near Los Alamos last month.
Angela Marie Jacobo, 45, died in the June 13 crash, according to Raquel Zick, spokeswoman for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office Coroner’s Bureau.
Jacobo was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on northbound Highway 101 near Alisos Canyon Road at 4:34 p.m. June 13.
One vehicle reportedly crossed from the southbound side into northbound traffic and hit another vehicle head-on, according to a California Highway Patrol incident report.
Four people, including an infant, were injured in the crash, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
A gravesite service will be held at 10 a.m. July 9 at Carpinteria Cemetery, followed by a celebration of life at noon at La Mesa Park in Santa Barbara, according to Jacobo’s obituary .
