A bicyclist suffered critical injuries Sunday evening in a crash in Los Alamos, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Emergency personnel were dispatched at about 7:15 p.m. to the crash scene, where they found a woman in her 20s with major head injuries and unconscious, said fire Capt. Daniel Bertucelli.
The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics, then flown by Calstar medical helicopter to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
Her name and details on her condition were not available.
